I have over 25 years of knowledge accumulated through my professional experience in the industry and working with a multicultural team. Where East meets West!

After gaining 11 years of experience in various roles and responsibilities in production and quality management, I have grown with MAT GROUP since the project's inception in 2008. Based in Xiamen, China, I initially liaised with the projects and, later, in 2017, managed the manufacturing project and development area.

Since 2023, my focus has shifted to strategic sourcing, innovation projects, and serving as a Technical Advisor to a growing team under my guidance.

Every day, I strive to bridge the gap between different cultures and viewpoints, just as I have throughout my career, and I look forward to what the future holds for the dynamic team I am fortunate to work with.
