With over 20 years of experience in product development across various industries, I have spent the last 8 years as a Senior Project Manager at a leading global independent supplier in the automotive sector. Before joining this company, I served as a Project Manager and Technical Account Manager at MAT GROUP™. In 2022, I was appointed Chief Development Officer (CDO) at our headquarters in Terrassa, Barcelona.

I am driven and passionate about making things happen. I thrive on teamwork and believe in working with respect and joy. One of my guiding principles is captured in Alvin Toffler's quote: “Change is not merely necessary to life – it is life.”
