GLOBAL OPERATION MANAGER – Operations

I’m a passionate Chemical Engineer with a degree from Fujian University in China. My journey in the helmet industry started back in 2003, and it’s been an incredible ride ever since.

For the first decade of my career, I dived into the world of composite materials, where I explored various roles across production, technical departments, and product development. This was a period of growth and learning, and I’m grateful for the hands-on experience I gained in helmet manufacturing.

In 2013, I took a leap and joined MAT GROUP™, where I’ve been ever since. My role here has allowed me to channel my expertise into global project management, and I’m thrilled to be part of a team that’s always pushing the boundaries of innovation.

When I’m not immersed in helmets and projects, you might find me doing sports, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time travelling and enjoying with family and friends.
