Sales & Customer Operations Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Operations Specialist to manage the B2B sales of our technology platforms.

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Customer Operations Specialist to manage the B2B and B2C sales of our technology platforms.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer´s and internal orders management (Spain & China teams).
- Product stock control - analyzing sales trends and proactively place refill orders.
- Coordinate samples management: delivery, informing customers, tracking, etc.
- Payments and credit notes support.
- Proactive customer service follows up.
- Internal sales CRM implementation: reaching out to agreed leads, chasing, making cold calls, etc.
- Shopify platform management.
EXPERIENCE
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service, logistics, supply-chain.
- Native Spanish. Excellent English is a must, C1 level.
- At least one additional strong language (French or Italian).
- Sports industry experience and/or sports lover.
- Preferrable pyme background.
- Nice to have advanced Excel skills.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
- Residence near Terrassa, with availability to regularly attend the office.
- Available to travel, with flexibility.
- SKILLS: Customer oriented, organization, multi-tasking, open-minded, analytical, autonomy, proactivity.
