Responsibility and Main Job Contents 岗位职责及主要工作内容:

1）Enter financial transactions into SAP.  SAP中录入各类相关财务凭证。

2）Validate incoming invoices in tax system, reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies. 进项票据税务系统认证，审核发票和核对差异。

3）Issue invoices to clients and external partners as needed. 税务系统开具各项发票。

4）Check and process expense reports. 检查并处理各类报销事项。

5）Monthly financial closing related jobs, support export tax-refund process, support external team for tax filing. 月度关帐审核,财务报表计算和生成,出口退税提报,提供并支持外部税务团队申报数据。

6）Responsible for financial voucher book making following Chinese accounting regulations. 负责按照财务法规形成并装订月度财务凭证薄。

7）Maintain digital and physical financial records. 维护各类财务相关的电子和纸质报表。

8）Support monthly inventory checking and related adjustment. 月度存货报表审核及相应调整事项。

9）Participate in annual audits. 参与并支持年度外审的相关事项和数据支持。

Qualifications 任职资格：

Educational background 教育背景

-Bachelor’s degree or above.大专及以上学历

-Major of accountanting, Fiance,or related one.会计,或财务相关专业

Hard skills 硬性技能

-Englis, both written and spoken流利英语听说读写能力

-Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or in a similar role.会计相关工作经验；

-Knowledge of basic accounting procedures. 财务记账基本知识与技能；

-Familiarity with financial regulations.熟悉财务法规；

-Strong math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors. 良好的数学运算与纠错能力

-Hands-on experience with MS Excel and SAP. 熟悉办公软件及常用ERP系统
