 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure compliance with the production plan following the quality standards.
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop the business strategic goals and objectives within an operational perspective at a group level, focused on APAC operations.
• Optimize operational processes, systems, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency, profitability, and scalability.
• Organize and optimize the available resources and anticipate any foreseen need to be able to accomplish the target plans in timely manner.
• Sourcing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and RD strong collaboration.
• Set up a monitoring system based on objectives.
• Supporting the SAP ERP/MRP integration for global operations focused on APAC.
• Define the implementation feasibility of eventual new industrial infrastructures APAC.
• Manage the operations yearly budget, rolling financial projections, controlling the P&L, and teaming up with the different operating areas: Finance, Sales & Marketing, R&D, and Human Resources, under the CEO guidelines and strategy.
  
• Accountability for the financial and economic results of the group.
• To execute all the stated plans achieving the financial targets and all other targets and requirements as set forth in the plans (market share, new business, quality, departmental cost, new manufacturer partners...).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related subject.
• Master’s degree preferred in supply chain management.
• At least 10 year’s proven experience as Operations Director, or relevant operations role background in an industrial business it’s a must.
• Lean management proven experience.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS

• Excellent English is a must, native Chinese.
• SKILLS: Flexibility, Resilience, Leadership, organizational, strategic thinking, analytical, team player, communicative, budgeting, hands-on.
• Ability to think creatively and develop non-traditional solutions to complex business challenges.
• Willingness and ability to travel APAC.
